What You Need To Know Before Using Our Services

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “you” or “your”) and WebHostingPK (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). This Agreement outlines the general terms and conditions for your use of the products and services made available by WebHostingPK and on our website (collectively, the “Services”).

Your use of the Services is also governed by the following policies, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of the following policies:

Additional terms may also apply to certain Services and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement as applicable.

Account Eligibility

By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use, or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.
• You are authorized to bind any party you represent to this Agreement and to act on behalf of such party concerning any actions taken in connection with the Services.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address not associated with the domain you are signing up under. We use the primary email address on file for any contact needs. You are responsible for ensuring that your account’s contact information is accurate, correct, and complete at all times. This information may be verified by us at any time, including by asking for a copy of your CNIC or calling you on your phone number. Providing false contact information may result in the termination of your account.

Content Ownership And Rights

• WebHostingPK Content: All content available through the Services, including designs, text, graphics, images, video, software, and other files, and their selection and arrangement, is the proprietary property of WebHostingPK or our licensors. Such content cannot be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, or used except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
• User Content: You may upload, store, publish, display, and distribute information, text, photos, videos, and other content through the Services. You are solely responsible for any User Content and activities conducted on your websites hosted through the Services. By posting User Content, you warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

Billing And Payment Information

• Prepayment: You must keep your payment details current and pay all invoices on time. You are required to pay for services before using them.
• Autorenewal: Your services will automatically renew, using your on-file payment method, unless you cancel them. This helps ensure there is no interruption in your services.
• Advance Account: If you have a credit balance, we’ll use this balance for your next purchases. If the balance is insufficient, the order might not be processed. Negative balances need to be corrected within 24 hours; otherwise, we may end your services without notice.
• Taxes: Listed fees do not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to your invoice, which you must pay.
• Late Payment or Non-Payment: Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of services. Service will resume once payment is received. For dedicated servers, data will be permanently deleted if not paid for within 15 days past the due date.

Termination And Cancellation

• By the User: You can stop using the Services at any time. You must then stop all use of the Services and delete all related data.
• By WebHostingPK: We may end your access to the Services at any time for violating this Agreement, without notice.

Limitation Of Liability

WebHostingPK will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Services.

Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
